The road connects several small towns and villages, such as Chechelesi/Tuluroba, Gambela, Ndumuru, Bullo, Kachuru, Yaqbarsathi, Kulamawe, Boji, Kambi Samaki, Eldera/Eldere, Bullo 2, Barkuke, Janju and Modogashe, a border town of Isiolo and Garissa County.
